Ponava Centre Brno, Královo Pole

The submission of this thesis was preceded by a specialised studio „Brněnské nábřeží a kulturní čtvrť Ponava“. This work focused on a complex urban architectural solution to the area around the former “Jaselská kasárna”, the urban context, transport services, the field configuration etc. The thesis follows this project in a section defined by streets U Červeného mlýna, Staňkova and Střední. The goal of the thesis lies in the creation of an intensive goal – a cultural area, which will offer a high-quality space for intergenerational communication and new social experiences and activities. It newly connects the urban part Ponava with the town center of Brno by a high-quality axis for pedestrian and cycling transport. The project of this cultural area arose after a thorough analysis of surrounding, intercity and global relations as a combination of aims: for children – the elementary art school with graphic and dancing fields, for seniors – leisure time center, and for all together - a multifunctional concert hall and a revitalized area of the former industrial zone of furniture production to a multipurpose intergenerational area with a modern art gallery, offices for young businessmen, architects and artists, and a music club in the basement of the gallery.

The territory in question for the design of architectural study is located in the city of Brno-Zidenice, cadastral area of Zidenice, on the left (east) bank of the river Svitava, 2 km east of the historic core. An area of about 4.1 ha is bounded on the south Bubenickova street, on the east side is street Kopernikova, Lazaretni is on the north and on the west side is nameless street, which currently serves as a handler - connecting. The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural study of the design of the urban spatial structure with intensive use of city urban area, designed in pre-diploma project, which preceded diploma thesis. The meaning this proposal is to achieve higher densities while maintaining quality of life and living environment. The shape of the object´s ground plan based on the area. The shape defined Bubenickova street from the south side and street Kopernikova defined the shape from the east side, which are themselves almost perpendicular. Also the shape is parallel with a very important point territory - the urban spa (architect B. Fuchs, 1931), which is adjacent to the proposed facility and the stresses their importance in terms of architecture. The spatial resolution respects the surrounding buildings. The aim is to release the most western part, which is defined for parking, urban public transportation, entrances to underground garages and green areas. Green area is also located in the northern part of the territory where it is created park with a water feature and tangled hiking trails. From the western and eastern parts of the object is tree-lined because the object is very the close to the surrounding streets. The object is for vehicular traffic completely closed and is only for pedestrians. But it also has a public plaza with green areas and water features for relaxation and wellbeing.
Proposal of Electronic Classbook for Elementary Art School

The thesis is focused on the design of classbooks for Elementary art school Pavla Křížkovského, s.r.o. and design a database so that it is ready for connection of other modules (timetable, etc.). After creating the database, connecting classbooks, other modules and the interface results in the complete electronic documentation for this elementary art school.
Porta Coeli complex - new use of selected objects

The assignment of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the functional use of the entire site of the Cistercian Porta Coeli monastery in Předklášteří near the Tišnov, based on which the conversion of unused objects with a proposal for a new functional use, including the design of an architectural novelty, is proposed. When creating an architectural study, it was first necessary to analyze the current state and at the same time take into account the cultural-historical values of the monastery, its area and the immediate surroundings, the construction-technical condition and civic amenities in the vicinity of the area. The basic idea of the design was to attract visitors to the area and give it new life. Create a comfortable quiet space for tourists and local residents. The project also created a new object for the creative development of children. Therefore, in 4th quadrature and the former laundry, accommodation is planned and an elementary art school is newly built.
Learning outcomes of pupils at wind department of Elementary art school from the perspective of Framework educational programme and the pupils´ parents

The thesis deals with the expectations of parents of pupils at wind department of Elementary art school and the learning outcomes set by the Framework Educational Programme for Elementary art education. Author compares the two areas and describes how they differ. The first part deals with the theoretical context of the topic and selected concepts: Elementary art school, Framework educational programme, key competencies, learning outcomes and parental expectations. The second part presents the research of the pupils' results expected by the parents. Gaps and mistakes the parents of pupils see in teaching at Elementary art school are mentioned as well. The research was inspired by the attitude of Jonathan Lilliedahl and Eva Georgii-Hemming and their article Parental expectations of the Swedish municipal school of arts. The thesis analyses the Framework Educational Programme for Elementary art education and discusses its parts concerning the goals, key competencies and especially the learning outcomes of the wind department pupils. The final chapter presents differences between parental expectations and the Framework educational programme.
Marketing tactics and its application in the management of elementary art school

The diploma thesis deals with the application of marketing tactics, that is, in the form of a marketing mix in school management. It is based on theoretical knowledge in the field of marketing. Marketing tactics use elements of the marketing mix and these elements help the managers of the organization in compiling the offer so that the offer addresses the customers and satisfies their needs. The aim of the diploma thesis is based on the analysis of the current state of marketing management with a focus on elements of the marketing mix of the selected elementary art school to propose recommendations for innovation and especially through marketing communication tools to improve communication flows in relation to current and potential school clients, and thus increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the school. The subject of the research part of the work is the analysis of the current state from the point of view of individual elements of the marketing mix. Talented student in Art Education

AND KEY WORDS The diploma thesis deals with talented students in art education. How these pupils behave in art education, according to which it is possible to recognize these pupils and what demands the work with talented pupils in art education places on the teacher. In my thesis I try to create general recommendations for the work of a teacher with a talented student in art education and open a topic that has not yet been systematically elaborated in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, in the first chapter I deal with giftedness and talent. At the beginning, I define the terms giftedness, talent and gifted pupils. I also present models and possible classifications of giftedness, characteristics of gifted children, the possibilities of their identification and education. In the second chapter I describe the position of giftedness and talent in legislative documents - in the document Strategy 2030+, in the Framework Education programmes and in the Decree No. 27/2016 Coll. Project: Pre-school aesthetical education "PAE"

The main topic of this diploma thesis is project called Pre-school aesthetic education "PAE", which is tought at Elementary Art School. In theoretical part are generally explained terms aesthetic, aesthetic education and their brief history, current possibilities of aesthetic education in selected Elementary Art Schools and characteristic of PAE project. Research part focus on acquisition of the project in education at Elementary Art Schools, effectiveness in the selection of artistic field in pre-school age and at least suitability of including this project into the School Education Program of other Elementary Art Schools. For the research were used empirical methods (observations, questionnaire, interviews). Overall results of research are based on comparison and evaluation of the answers from all respondent categories. These results show positive evaluation of PAE, which suitably fills the pre-school period of children with meaningful activities, which are connected with comprehensive development of personality. Qualification of dance education instructors of children from years 3 to 6 in elementary art schools and youth centers

This bachelor thesis looks at the skills and education of teachers of dance, teachers of leisure activities, tutors, and additional staff, who teach dance education in elementary art schools and youth centers. In the theoretic section the thesis processes theoretical and practical ideologies regarding free time, leisure and recreational activities, children of preschool age, and their relationship to exercise. Additionally the thesis discusses the educational backgrounds and qualifications of dance instructors and looks at how they lead dance classes in both elementary art schools and youth centers. In the practical section the thesis discovers whether the theoretical assumptions of the dance education management and its application match. Moreover, it compares the differences between two different institutions and measures factors of parental and directorial satisfaction of the dance workshops. This practical secrion examines the directoral requirements for the techers' abilities, their real education and qualification, and the parents' satisfaction with the institutions. Journalistic document from an environment of elementary art school - The magic of recorder

The main aim of this practical bachelor's thesis is to present author's audio-visual film. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of documentary and journalistic production. Further it generalizes the basic aspects of audio-visual communication. The final theoretical part of the thesis develops the phenomenon of videojournalism. It describes important principles, briefly the procedure of work and it illustrates videojournalism on the Czech environment, especially in the field of mobile journalism. The main part of the practical bachelor's thesis is the journalistic document, which is based on the principles of videojournalism. During the process, the author found herself in the role of reporter, cameraman, sound engineer or editor. The journalistic film will capture the environment of the recorder at the elementary art school with emphasis on presuming recorder as non-full-fledged instrument. The audiovisual film shows the opinions of elementary art schoolteacher, professional recorder player and student of music academy. They talk about the uniqueness of the recorder, its vulnerability, and the threat of the stereotype.
